More Bark Less Bite

I purchased food food from Nando’s Bothasig , there was a lot of issues which I described in my google review, they responded that I should send my receipt to customer care which I did and then nothing was done , it’s now around 2 weeks that have passed , they just reply to try and keep you quiet , very disappointed
