Decided to get a quick meal from Nandos mall@carnival. If you have a chance, never go there. Firstly I waited an hour for a sit in meal which every time I followed up on , I was told it’s coming. 1 hour for uncooked chicken that will probably give me salmonella tomorrow. Everyone who came after me left and I was sitting there because I had paid for it. No communication what so ever of how long I would need to wait. 1 hour, for a quarter chicken. Oh did I mention that I asked for a tomato sauce refill and they looked at me? Repeated and they suggested someone else assist me. I never saw that lady again until after I begged the other crew man to assist. She just came and dropped it like I owed her money and refused to pay her. I never complain about Nandos, because I’m either obsessed or addicted to it but this service, this was trash. Communication is key
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
