Money hungry Nandos
Loadshedding struck last night which meant take aways. As our nandos had no power we headed to our second choice nandos only being second because of location. However after last night I can homestly say they wont see us again. It was clear they were cashing in on loadshedding and delivering what they saw as acceptable. Our order 296 was simple yet they left out the rice, the mielies came out of a microwave and was not grilled or basted and ice cold...the chicken was not nandos style or hot for that matter...the fact that we asked for extra sauce means there was none...even the chicken strips and rice was dry and disgusting. No electricity and no nice meal either..u only in it for the money it seems and not the mandos taste or style of service.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
