Money deducted but never got food no answer

We ordered online and never got the food. App shows it had been delivered. Called 4 times and nor me or customer care could get thru to the store. Money taken no food. Worst customer care. 1 call got droped and still waiting for the reference sms after speaking to a customer care lady. Ref: 118/ST***5. This was from Nandos Montana. MR FJ BEKKER
