Mixed orders

I bought 3 hotpots and a quarter chicken. The chicken was not basted and was too dry. They switched the flavor stickers around, my poor daughter was eating a hot flavoured hotpot instead of lemon and herb. When you order take out, you are in trouble because they prioritize seat in. People who sit down eat before us, even if they ordered way after you. I wasted my money and I felt disrespected.
