Mixed bag

Why they should get 5 stars - Their Long Street branch - I work around the block and they are amazing. Quick, friendly, great service, great food. the 1 time I had a problem, it was solved in 5 minutes flat.

Why they should get 1 star - Their Rondebosch branch - They are terrible. I have been there on 5 occasions and they ALWAYS disappoint. The food is always wrong, bland and has half the ingredients missing. The service is slow and they always have something to say about why you are the one in the wrong for complaining.
