Missing in Action

Orders are never properly fulfilled, extras are always missing! They never answer the phone. This is now the 6th or 7th time this is happening.I ordered a hot wrap meal and a quarter chicken meal at the mall@reds, order number 335, i asked for both to be well done, when i got home, no cheese and pine in the wrap. I had to sit in the blazing sun for over 10 minutes waiting for the meal and it wasnt what i ordered. Nandos is now really making me lose faith in the franchise and brand.
