Missing From Order

What a useless complaints procedure. My online order on 31st March (Reference CAS-726648 - D5P4W8) was delivered short of a quarter chicken leg portion, mild with extra sauce well done. I reported it immediately via the app and received a ref number. Since then, absolutely nothing I phoned in on 4th April and was assured it would be addressed. Nothing!
