Miss

On the 17th September I had ordered family meals for delivery to enjoy with friends and family. Then waited 4hrs with no communication from Nandos or Delivery company. I then got an sms saying order delivered. With shock and disappointment I tried to contact Nandos Leaping Frog or the courier with no luck . I’m left angry and dissatisfied/disappointed for the service I received today was shocking. No food No immediate refund. If for any reason they couldn’t deliver why did they not notify either by call sms. I looked like a **** and stupid infront of family and friends with no back up plan
