MINUS 5 SERVICE RATING

The rating should be minus 5 in theory. Terrible service and absolute no idea how time management works whatsoever. Been ordering form the Nando's Savoy branch for CLIENTS and the food always arrives late/cold or super early.. utterly pathetic !!
