Mind blowing customer service
<p>Walked into the Nandos at Vangate Mall very hungery. whilst waiting in the que to place my order, i couldnt help but notice how lovley and friendly the lady at the till taking the orders was. I couldnt wait for my turn to see if i would receive the same kind of service as i was next in line. I was blown away by the amount of energy, enthusiasm that welcomed me, i was treated with patients, understanding, campassion, i was treated like i am the only person in the world and felt so valued. After I had placed my order, i stood there a little longer and this lady was just dishing out exellent service to every single client that she was serving. Never, not even from 5 star resaurants have i ever seen such exellent service without faill. what a lovely, warm, friendly and genuine individual Gwen is. The whole staff seemed to have exellent service, for the first ever at Nondo's , somebody came to check up on me to see if everything was fine and if i needed anything. Nondos Vangate Mall has given me a whole new refreshing experiance in customer service. Keep flying the flag guys!!</p>
