Microwaved Chicken not flame grilled

We recently visited Durban to attend a graduation. The graduation ended at about 19:30, returning to Amanzimtoti we stopped at the Nando’s for some supper but it looked like they where already closed as all the chairs had been placed on the tables so there was nowhere to sit down. Luckily we only wanted takeaway. The service at the till point was good and friendly. The problem was that they did not have what we wanted, we wanted chicken, burgers, livers and the vitality salads but, they only had one salad and no livers what the hell?! Then when we got home it looked like our chicken was cooked in a microwave and drenched in sauce, the worst thing was that every thing at the bottom of our bag was also drenched in this sauce. The food did taste ok though but I give you zero for presentation, six for taste, zero for being accommodating and seven for your service. Time and date on my slip is 17April, 20:37 order 012 and my expired code is ********** ********** 7. I really believe that there is no space for companies like this one, especially in this market.
