MELROSE CROSSING NANDOS STAFF HAVE ATTITUDE

I couldnt be more disappointed with the Nandos on Corlett Drive. My friend and I decided to order nandos for lunch, and seeing that we are literally down the road from Corlett drive we thought to order from the closest one which what the one at Melrose Crossing. I called at 1pm to place my order which was a very small order of 2 1/4 chickens, one was a meal and the other just the chicken. The lady that took my order said it would take 35 minutes for delivery, after waiting for almost 45min I decided to give Nandos a call to find out how long it will take for my delivery, the lady said 2 min the driver has already left, 20 minutes later I gave her a call again cause my order hadnt gotten to me yet, she said she would call the driver and call me back (which she didnt) I then called back and asked for the manager (Nthando/Thando) who called the driver and called back, it just so happened that my order was delivered to the wrong address, after i waited for 2hours for food. She was very rude and didnt even care to fix the problem. I eat from nandos often, but this was the first and last time i ever order from Nandos Melrose crossing, and I will spread the word..
