Meh
I'm currently in Nando's Jubilee mall and I come here twice or once a month, today is the very first day I have ever received proper service and have my food served in time by a kind lady by the name of Emily. Two months ago when we waited for more than an hour for our orders to be taken and served and I was with a chronic patient who needed food quickly and unfortunately I didn't get the name of the waitress, now a month ago she thing happened the restaurant was packed and they were short staffed, I say that because everything was a delay and wrong and how can Nando's not have hot beverages in this season because I wanted to have hot chocolate which is on the menu can the Nando's here serve such please and my son's Nandino we were supposed to be given his chocolate paddle pop which we didn't get and I believe the meal has to come with it... So this means for people who don't know or who forget like me have their kids meals served short.
