Mediocre service

The service I got at Nandos Goldreef city tonight (23/02/2024)was disgusting to say the least,got at the restaurant around 21:15 and used their app to place the order and got the message that my order will be ready at 21:45(picture attached),at 21:45 we were rudely approached by one of their waitresses and told us that we have been seating for 15 min without placing and order and it's not allowed!i explained that an order was placed using their QR Code with a proof on my phone ,she went to her manager(Hloniphani) who then said he needs to see proof of payment 😱 .after going back and forth with him he eventually goes to the back without an explanation, at 22:00 he then comes back and asks for the orders again as their system had a glitch!still no apology. At 22:05 another lady comes to apologize and told us they got our order!but I'm still shook and my night was ruined by their poor service.and we only got our food at 22:15.now I see why people go to Pedros
