Meal not up to standard.
I ordered a meal online (Festa Fries & 6 winglets) & it was assigned to the Nandos in Douglasdale - the order number was ***. The Festa Fries were dry as there was hardly any cheese sauce & no sauteed onions at all. On top of this the portion was extremely small - I usually order this meal & I could see immediately that the portion was far less. The winglets was supposed to be mild but they sent lemon & herb.
I did not enjoy this meal at all.

13 Mar 2024, 13:09So Nandos Douglasdale called me late on Friday, 08/03/2024. I asked them to call me on Monday which they did not do. I received a call yesterday (12/03/2024) just before I left the office & I was promised a callback today & this still has not happened.
And this is after I rated Nando's handling of my complaint quite high - I will definitely go change that rating to a 1. I do not have the entire day to sit around & wait for Nandos to call me when they feel its convenient or appropriate.
