Masters of wrong orders

Even whilst in lockdown, Nandos still refuses to make sure that orders are correct, I am tired of complaining because all you get is a courtesy mail if you are lucky or you will have to go out of your way to get the order corrected. I think it's time that companies like this realise that we as the customers control their destinies, if they continue to refuse to acknowledge this, then it's easy, we just take our business away.
