Manager with bad attitude

DATE: 17/04/2015<br> TIME:16:00<br> <br> I orderd a family meal and requested that one quater piece be plain no basting...the casher said speak to the manager as you are only allowed 2 choices. so i said thats fine il take 2 pieces mild and one extra hot and one no basting as my 3 year old will be eating that piece. The manager whose name i did'nt get was not very friendly goes on to day she cannot do that i have to chose 3 mild and one lemon and herb. i tell her no i dont want lemon and herb she goes on to insist that, that is for kids so i had to tell her my child does not like lemon and herb, she actually like the the nandos taste but not the way we would eat it. so i go on to ask her if she would give me the chicken the way i want it, she says to me that she cannot do that as it will take an extra BAG..... is that even a valuable reason? we ask tp pay for the bag....then she goes on about how she is not surposse to do this and family packs come in one bag and she will do me a favour.... she does give me a pice in on bag but not the way i asked...and our chicken was not fully cooked.This is not the first time that the Nandos in the phoenix Plaza gives you bad service and food!
