Manager was rude and i waited 2 hours for an order

i placed an order for delivery at 12:45 and i waited until 14:37 every time i called i was told that my order is on its way and the manager was very rude to me. terrible attitude. why should they say that the order will take 45 minutes if they cannot stick to their promises.
