Manager insists that she cannot help me.
I ordered a full portion liver from Nandos and once I got home I opened it and the amount of liver in the box could be counted. I phoned the manager and they refused to help because I could not bring the liver back the same day. I always eat at this Nandos but this was terrible. What makes it worse is that I ordered the exact same thing the day before and it was perfect. But the manager says that all the *****s are pre packed. Then why did I have this problem today? Nandos kenilworth definitely needs new staff.
