<p>So today Nandos head office called me, after that I received a call from the manager at Dundee to come pick up newly made livers after my complaint yesterday. I went there today and i was welcomed by a rowdy, ill-mannered manager whom which i did not receive a call from initially. Before I even completedmy sentence, there she was being rude going into the kitchen emptying the livers on a plate and in isiZulu instructing thestuff to taste and come look at the livers that are not burnt, furthermore with NO APOLOGY, and no question as to whether i wanted a new order or money, i then commanded to have my money back. I am disheartened and beyond livid. And i PROMISE to teach Nandos a big lesson. </p>
