LOST APPETITE FOR NANDO'S

Extremely dissapointed in the overall service and food quality of Nando's Cresta . Ordered Food via Nando's App, order then confirmed, then 30 min later, app advised branch offline, 45 min later food arrived. Food was cold, under cooked and tasteless. Had to throw away raw wrap. What annoys me is that I complained numberous times on the app and , contacted the call centre, advised the branch will respond within 48 hours and 1 week later no feedback, SHOCKING SERVICE AND NOT AT ALL GREAT FOOD Paid almost R500 FOR WHAT! (food for 2 people)
