Look out! Nandos wont give you what you pay for
On 11/11/2015 at 19.41hrs i went to get dinner at Nandos Rustenburg after a hard days work. One of the things i bought was the salad with additional 2 Haoloumi cheese. (order number 55). Alas! when i got to the hotel the cheese was missing. I immediately called the number on the slip, no answer, I tried again and got through to call centre, lady said she will transfer me to the shop - no answer and call was cut, i tried three more times then got through to a man who took my telephone number and said he will get a manager to call me but today is the 17th and no one has called me. Nandos! this is *********, we work hard for our money and you just cant ***** it from us. This is terrible service and totally unacceptable. If no one gets back to me i will go to the newspapers and TV
