LONG WAITING TIME & RAW FOOD NANDO'S ADDERLY STREET CAPE TOWN

I arrived placed a simple order of a quarter chicken, roll and chips (asked them to make the roll a garlic one) The store was empty. I waited over an hour because they forgot about to me when I went to the counter to ask they said oh sorry, they then proceeded to bring me raw chicken and a garlic rolls unmelted with butter so thick it was nauseating. The manager and staff were horrible because I sent it back. I then had to wait an extremely long time abain for what I ordered. Their management is horrible and non chalant. They don't value clients and they've got disgusting attitudes. I'd avoid it
