Long wait for my order

I did drive thru Nandos Silverlakes yesterday . Bought food @19h29. They told me I should wait for 45 minutes in a parking lot we waited there for an hour. This is not for the first time. Every time I ordered my quarter leg I must wait that long. This store is disappointing me all the time sometimes they did not put all that I paid for .
