Long wait for cold food
<p>On the 2nd March I went to the Roodebasin Nandos. I had to wait for 40 minutes for my order and when I got my order the food was already cold. It seemed that the staff was more interested in assisting the drive thru then to actually pay attention to the customers in the store.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you make me wait for 40 minutes at least the food must be warm. I always receive good service at this restaurant</p>

The manager phoned me and said I should come in. He then gave me only half of my order that was cold that I paid full price from. They won't see me as often as always
