I am extremely livid at my now 2nd chance I've given to Nandos! Last week I ordered a full chicken with sides, costing about R350. Needless to say, we received what I call a mildly spiced chick. That WHOLE chicken could have been the portion for a 10yr old. I decided to give Nandos a 2nd chance today, as I thought maybe the chicken was small due to so many orders since the lockdown cleared for delivery of foods (PICTURES ON REQUEST)
Today I ordered 2x quater chickens, and a side of chicken livers. The livers cost R46, however I literally received a box with probably 8 pieces of TINY livers. This is not fair, as I am a huge fan of Nandos, and I am just so disappointed, I don;t think I will be ordering in for quite some time.
This is not fair for me as a consumer, and ripping people off for the sake of sales is not what I think you want to be reputable for. I will be posting this review to your twitter page, in case you don't reply back. People should be aware and cautious of ordering online during this lockdown.
