Litchi seed in Halloumi & sweet chilli Veg Pita
I ordered a Halloumi and sweet chilli vegetable Pita from Nando's Pinetown via a phone in order. The Pita was all toppled upon receiving it and thus most of the veg was out of the Pita. I had eaten most of the meal and then realised that what I thought was an olive was actually a litchi seed. I was amongst 7 people and they all agreed that the meal had a litchi seed in it.I called into the Branch and complained to the Manageress. She asked me to send back the meal with the litchi seed in it and replaced my meal. It would seem to me that someone had eaten a litchi and then discarded the seed in the food preparation area. This is totally unacceptable.
