Left starving after ordering Nandos
Late review...Nando's Mall @ Reds....poor and pathetic service. Last month we visited the drive through and was asked to park on the side to not hold up the queue as our order was being prepped. Lady came to the car with the order, I repeated my order and she confirmed that all was in order. Get home after 8, only to find order is messed up with the incorrect flavours. We call the store and they assure us that the correct order will be sent with the driver. at 9, i received a call from Sara telling me food is on it's way and we shouldnt eat the incorrect food and please send it back with the driver. 22:00 still no food and we havent eaten waiting for the correct food to arrive. Next day we contact the store and explain to the manager what had happened, he says h cannot send us the correct meal unless we want to collect as he fired all his staff lol. Next day we call again and only on that Friday night did we receive the food, 48 hours later after being **** to that the food was on it's way. I just want to highlight here that people usually buy out when they dont have anything to eat at home so sending me the correct meal 48 hours later is a real joke and highly disrespectful. If only your service was as good as your marketing. Your team was even tagged in a FB complaint and you never bothered to even call.
