Leaking Ladies' Room
I went to Nandos in Bruma Johannesburg on 12/08/2015 around 13:05,I was with my sisters.I placed an order and when I came back from placing the order I went to Ladies' room.When I got there I slipped and sprained my already injured right ankle.I have broken my right ankle in an accident last March and I have a steel inside and a big operation.I called my sister who went to call one of the waiters,who then called the manager with the name of Marcia.<br> The manager said she was sorry and they had this probem of a leaking toilet for some time,the sorry was not acceptable to me because I was in pain with what could have been prevented,they would have simple locked the toilet until it was fixed,which they did only after they saw what happened to me.<br> I asked if they had anything for pain,some sort of First Aid,they had none.<br> I am still in great pain and I am not happy at all.
