Lazy staff poorly managed
I had lunch last week at the Rosmead Avenue branch twice. Both times the teller staff were rude to my colleagues . They spoke in their native tongue not knowing that my colleagues could also speak 3 languages. The 2nd time I wanted to sit near the window and both the tables closest were dirty. I told the staff in the front I wanted to sit there and I was redirected to another table instead of them cleaning the tables. They so lazy and would rather leave the tables dirty. While I ate the manageress was shouting at the top of her voice the whole time i was there about customer's order that was misplaced. A very unpleasant experience for me. Please don't go and sit there. Rather get a take away.
