Lazy Nandos drive thru staff @ Banbury

The staff at drive thru's are really getting lazy. I just back from Nandos Banbury. Ordered chicken with extra sauce. When I was collecting the order I asked the lady if there was extra sauce. She said I should check for myself so I asked where the special request stick was, she said they didn't have. The top of the bag seemed like it had extra sauce. Got home to eat my dinner and there was no extra sauce, chicken was dry. No tomato sauce nor any other sauce was added to the takeaway. Very disappointed.
