Lateness and bad bad food experience
Today my colleagues and I ordered take away from Nandos Benmore Gardens. The food was 1 hour 40 min late and when we called their call centre the first time we were put on hold for 40 minutes and then we were cit off. The second time we called the operator said she would call back and never did when we tried to find out where our order was. The food was cold, the pita's were dry and didn't have enough sauce. My salad was limp as a result of some bright spark putting my food underneath hot food. As a result I was ordered by my colleagues and my company never to order from there ever again.
