Late service
We visited the Nandos menlyn. It was fairly busy so we decided to sit in. We ordered and were told our food would be ready in 10 minutes. 26 minutes later we were still waiting.Finally it came and it was cold. We had no apology . The duration of the time the manager was on his phone all the time. Staff was talking there was no sense of urgency whatsoever.<br> This is my first time encountering such service from nandos
