late order
Yesterday at 11:20 a.m we made a call to Nanods and ordered lunch and we were promised that it will arrive at at a maximum time of 1 hour so we then collected money and took it to the security down stairs just to make the delivery guys job easy. We then called at 1pm when we saw that the food was not coming and our lunch was over. I then spoke to a lady with a surname of Ngwenya and she told me that the food takes 1 hour 30 minutes to be delivered which came as a surprise and she then **** and said we had told her we will take our lunch at 1 which was another surprise because we have no business in discussing our lunch time with her and she only apologised after I told her I would go to hello Peter and then hung up. Then the food was finally delivered at 1:20 pm which means the order basically takes 2 hours. We couldn't even eat that food as our lunch time was long over.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
