Late Delivery with no valid reason
Hi in regards to the above I have been a regular customer of this specific branch and somehow they always tend to have excuses rather than being a consistent supplier, at 9am this morning I placed my order which was significantly high in rand value due to company lunch ,the nandos branch is basically 5 mins away.i asked the lady to please deliver the lunch by 10am which is sufficient especially for a fast food chain ,at 10:10am I give them a call and my order didn't even leave the shop yet due to a motorcycle issue claimed by the manager Nonthando so regardless I asked them to deliver within 15mins or cancel the order as my lunch ends at 10:30am ,More disapprovingly the order arrives at 10:30 which I didn't accept due to the fact that when spoken to the driver of the motorcycle ,he's story was completely different from what the manager said, \According to the driver he was waiting for the order cause they did not have the chicken ready 1 hour later\" ,This is not sufficient customer service ,and due to the nature of this branch always having issues I have moved over to buying staff lunch from other restaurant's."
