Late delivery and ice cold food!!!

The ¹st time i thought i would let slide but this is the ²nd time now!!!! Putrid delivery service once a fuggen gain *angry face* i placed an order at 18:09 received a text at 18:29 saying your order is on its way will be in your hands at 18:55 but guess what bull**** my order only arrives at 19:21 to top it off its ice freaken cold no extra sauce as i ordered and i cannot warm it because we suffering with loadshedding/power outage!!!!! The FREAKEN ²nd time this happens to me, i mean this is ridiculous this new owner and his service or how his guys operate is fuggen pathetic!!!! Im furious guys this needs to be sorted out or i need to be reimbursed in someway its winter extremely cold, no electricity and now a person must f$;^&$$ eat cold food!!!!!
