Late delivery and horrible service

I am so disgusted with the service at Nando's Norwood. This is the second time that I have placed an order with them and waited over an hour for my delivery.

I placed my order at 11:36 today. It's 12:42 and I still haven't received my order.

I called to confirm where my order was and the lady was absolutely disgusting and rude. Speaking to other people while I'm busy speaking to her. Not apologizing - telling me to give the driver a few minutes.

And this is the SECOND time this has happened. I would recommend everyone to not support them if this is the type of service the customers receives!!!
