Late and wrong order

Good day. I have placed an order with the call centre I have spoken to a guy by the name of Marlin who took down my order my order. In my order I asked marlin could I get a lemon twist softdrink he said not a problem I asked him to please check if the store has this softdrink available as they as always out of stock on that flavour. My order was promised to reach my hands at 10:50am however my order gets to me at 11:30am and my soft drink was a different flavour by this point I am ****ed off already. The manager from the store Zandile calls me to explain the order was put through from the call centre as a time order for 10:30am but I have the slip infront of me n this no instruction of it been a time order and goes to explain she will call the call centre and ask them y was it a time order. I pay the drive and let him go return my soft drink he returns with my drink does even say sorry as the manger blamed him for taking the wrong drink. 10mins after me getting my correct drink I get a phone call from a guy named Keegan asking for my location to drop of my soft drink. The service I received was disappointing
