Last month I bought full chicken mild with four sides on drive thru

Last month I bought full chicken mild with four sides on drive thru. They gave me a hot burnt chicken with extra source. My kids didn't it because was very hot. I went and complained, they apologized. Today I went and bought same thing (full chicken mild with four sides and 6 wings) they chicken was burnt, extra hot. We had to throw it away because it was too hot, even us adults we couldn't eat it because my husband has ulcers and I'm diabetic. Some of the chicken pieces were missing, there was no wings on the full chicken, got 4 same pieces, I don't even think it was from the same/ one chicken. I am Soo disappointed. I wasted my money R336. I'm so angry. I love nando's but I'm not sure if I will ever buy from them ever again.
