Lack of service
placed order at 13:09pm on 31/05/2015 for a quarter chicken and pita meal served with spicy wedges on the side, we sat done at a table with order number 4. we waited for the order for a period of 45 minutes were my partner got up to go and enquire as the people that had ordered after us were already eating and had received there orders. When she got to the till the lady serving on till 2 said that the order had been done when she confirmed with the ladies who serve us they said that the order had not been done (Miscommunication) the lady who was serving us then proceeded without noticing that i was watching her to take out a Pita which had been sitting at the counter for a while out of the take away packaging and in to a plate while the quarter chicken order had also been on the serving counter for a long period of time placed on a tray and brought the order to our table, however she roamed around the room asking people if this was their order or not. She finally got to our table were she did not apologise for the lateness of the order but instead she just gave the order to us and when i asked whether this order has been freshly made she confiirmed that it was indeed a fresh order
