Lack of service

This is the third time im experiencing bad service at nandos jubillee mall. First its was mixed up order, second time i went with my family for lunch and no one attended to us, we asked for the manager but to no avail and ended up leaving. Just yesterday i went there to get food and yet again my order was mixed up and worst of all the corn was foul its tasted like it was done a few days ago and they just warm it up when a customer needs it, the potato wedges super dry and the meat was ****** inside. They serve people as though they doing it for free.
