lack of customer service
I went to buy a meal of (quarter chicken, roll,chips and cold drink). When in the store nobody wanted to assist us as customers saying they want people who swipe bank cards to buy,then later on we were assisted and I did not get get a straw for my cold drink.To my surprise nobody also wanted to give me the straw saying I must go look for it myself. I felt there is lack of customer service and also cashiers were full of bad attitude towards customers.
