Kosher Nandos bad service

Kosher nandos makes delicious Food but when it comes to the service let me just say it is disgusting. It takes over 2 hours to get food and then when it comes to paying I do not appreciate the waitress saying "there is a service fee" ie. A tip. Let me give some business advice tell your waitresses be grateful for Thier jobs and don't ask for tips.
