Kerb side delivery fail

I ordered kerb side delivery via the nandos app at nandos blue hills and also paid for the order when I arrived to collect I indicated on the app that I had arrived and subsequently waited for 30 minutes and kept calling the store with no answer then I decided to call the call center and I was told to just go inside the store and collect and when I went inside and qued they told me they ddnt see my order and they started preparing it only when I made them aware of the order Even though I had already paid .dont advertise a service that you don’t have the capacity to provide it just amounts to empty promises Iam never using kerb side delivery again
