I've had it with Nandos paarl

I am unhappy with the quality of food I received from nandos. My chickens were too well done and I specified that I wanted extra sauce and as usual they only added what seems to be a teas****. This time it did not amount to a teas****. Nandos paarl is tiresome for me, the long waiting time for drive through and constant fighting for extra sauce. If extra sauce is not a thing then why is it offered? If we have to pay extra price we would because j honestly can't stand the meat without it, without it it's just a regular piece of braai meat. The sauce adds flavour bit nandos paarl is so stingy with it. This nights supper was the worst food from there. The meat even had burnt grill marks which I could taste hence there was no sauce. I have pictures and it displays my dissatisfaction. Please fix this nandos
