Item missing from order and no response

Placed an order at the Broadacres branch. When I get home and opened it I noticed that there was an item missing - quarter chicken. Tried calling the number on the slip and spoke to someone who said they will contact the store and call me back. Over 1 hour later and no response from the store or customer services and my wife has not yet eaten supper. Very poor service.
