It took them 2 hours to deliver!!!!
So I placed an order for delivery at 11:34 and I was really hungry! I know Nandos take their sweet time to deliver the food and I gave them an hour to do that. So after an hour I call them and I was told that the driver has just left Nandos. It takes 5 minutes to get to where I work. So I waited patiently for about 30 minutes and I called them again. I was told the same thing, that the driver was on his way and I explained to the guy that I was talking to that it's not supposed to take this long and I told him that if I don't get my food in 5 minutes I will send it back when it gets here. So I waited for another 25 minutes before my food arrived, and I was just about to voice my frustrations on hellopeter. this is totally unacceptable, how can I be expected to wait for 2 hours for my food to arrive!!!!! I am not impressed at all and I'm soooo hungry and I'm taking my money where it will be appreciated and guess what, they don't charge for delivery and I'll probably wait for about 30 minutes.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
