It's just a bag
This evening I walked down to Hillbrow from Berea, and purchased a full chicken with extra chips, and I explained I needed a bag and would be more than happy to pay for one should there be a need, but a lady by the name of Mbali told me it's impossible to get the bag as it was reserved for certain purchases on the menu, and all I bought was just a full chicken, raising her voice and hiding her name badge when I asked for her name. This left a bitter taste in my mouth. I've been to other Nandos restaurants, such as Leaping Frog in 4 Ways, Nandos Cresta Mall, and the one that used to be in Fourways mall, and Nandos by Paledi Mall in Plk, and I've never heard of such. I always get impeccable customer service.
