is this a Tuck Shop or a big Food outlet
On 15/03/2016 i ordered platter chicken at about 10:20am on the phone i opted to collect it myself i was told it takes 20 minutes to prepare.at 10:55am i arrived at the store for collection and payment.the guy who apparently is a manager could not locate it and we received an SMS confirming receipt of order the scrolled his phone checking he said our order was not registered he called a waitress who said there is no order of kelebogile made of platter except nthabiseng's platter.he asked us to wait at the table while sorting out the mess.disappeared to the kitchen with the waitress they took 22 minutes when he showed up with the platter at about 11:26am he said their machines are taking 45 minutes to print thats why they could not pick it immediately but i saw this as a blantant lies this guy and the lady went straight to the kitchen to prepare it from the scratch.i told him in not on a joy walk or having idling time im at work from 10:20am to 11:31am this was a birthday lunch for colleagues at 11:00am you ruined the event with your in competency.you run that store like a stockvel or tuckshop.your service its horrific and pathetic.thats why your ads are always banned on the media
